2. Valid for use on any day during our operational hours, 2pm to 11pm daily.
3. Valid for regular-priced treatments lasting at least 90 minutes.
4. Multiple redemptions allowed but not stackable with other vouchers in the same appointment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF E-COMMERCE SALES:

1. By accessing and viewing our products and services and completing an online purchase or booking through our e-commerce site, you have agreed and have acknowledged to our terms and conditions.

2. For Home Spa services, you acknowledge that the appointment address does not fall outside our scope of operations, defined as areas with postcodes starting with 58 to 80. Purchases that have to be declined because the location of service is outside Aleyda’s zone of operations will be subject to a platform fee if online payment has been made.

3. Personal data is collected and used to communicate and to alert the customers for the appointment.

4. Prices published anywhere on Aleyda website may be subject to surcharges on public holidays, eve of public holidays, Boxing Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

5. You consent to the use of your personal data for our marketing purposes through various channels. This consent will supersede any prior choices that you may have made initially with Do Not Call Registry.

6. It is the customer’s prerogative to redeem any gift voucher(s) or unused package(s) before the expiry date. Gift vouchers past the expiry date will not be honoured nor will they be extended.

7. With immediate effect on updated PDPA guidelines as at 1 Sept 2019, you do not need to provide NRIC card to verify your identity. Any card with photo identification will suffice for verification purposes.

8. All sales shown on the website may or may not be offered again. All sales are final and are non-refundable.
   All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, packages, gift vouchers, promo codes and memberships.

9. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel offers/promotions and have the final decision in the event of a dispute.

1. Eligibility: Membership in Aleyda Circle is automatically granted upon the purchase of any package from Aleyda Mobile Spa. There are no additional fees for joining the program.

2. Duration: Membership is valid for the duration of the purchased package or until the package expires, whichever comes first.

3. Perks & Discounts:

   • Members enjoy 10% off base treatments of 90 minutes or more and on massage add-ons.
   • Members receive 30% off non-massage add-ons, such as body scrubs, aromatherapy, and magnesium therapy.
   • Discounts are applicable only during the active membership period and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

4. Gift Vouchers: Aleyda’s Circle members receive 10% off gift vouchers. These vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Complimentary Birthday Add-On: Members are entitled to a complimentary add-on during their birthday month. The specific add-on may vary based on availability and cannot be substituted or transferred.

6. Non-Transferability: Membership is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to others.

7. Changes & Modifications: Aleyda Mobile Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel Aleyda Circle perks, benefits, or terms at any time, with or without notice.

8. Expiration: Once the purchased package is fully used or expires, membership in Aleyda Circle ends, and all related perks will no longer be valid.

By purchasing a package and becoming a member of Aleyda Circle, you agree to these terms and conditions.
