TERMS & CONDITIONS OF E-COMMERCE SALES:

  1. By accessing and viewing our products and services and completing an online purchase or booking through our e-commerce site, you have agreed and have acknowledged to our terms and conditions.
  2. For Home Spa services, you acknowledge that the appointment address does not fall outside our scope of operations, defined as areas with postcodes starting with 58 to 80. For voucher purchases, the onus is on you to ensure that the address of the beneficiary falls within our scope of operations.
  3. Personal data is collected and used to communicate and to alert the customers for the appointment.
  4. You consent to the use of your personal data for our marketing purposes through various channels. This consent will supersede any prior choices that you may have made initially with Do Not Call Registry.
  5. It is the customer’s prerogative to redeem any gift voucher(s) or unused package(s) before the expiry date. Gift vouchers past the expiry date will not be honoured nor will they be extended.
  6. With immediate effect on updated PDPA guidelines as at 1 Sept 2019, you do not need to provide NRIC card to verify your identity. Any card with photo identification will suffice for verification purposes.
  7. All sales shown on the website may or may not be offered again. All sales are final and are non-refundable.
  8. All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, packages, gift vouchers, promo codes and memberships.
  9. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or cancel offers/promotions and have the final decision in the event of a dispute.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

  1. Sales of spa packages and e-vouchers are final and non-refundable. 
  2. Customers may return a product within 14 days of purchase and request for a refund or exchange.
  3. Customised goods and goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are non-returnable. 
  4. Returns are only accepted if the product is not used/opened and in original packaging condition.
  5. If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.  
  6. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by sending an email to hello@aleyda.com.sg.
  7. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to our head office at 81 Ubi Ave 4, #08-13 UB.One, Singapore 408830.
  8. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
  9. We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, less transaction fees. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
